We’re looking for a talented chef to join our friendly kitchen team at The Fairfax Arms, a much-loved, Rosette-awarded, family-run country pub in Gilling East, North Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent position with real progression opportunities for the right person to step into a head chef role.

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll need to be organised, passionate, and ready to get stuck in. We’re especially keen to hear from candidates with experience working in Rosette or similar-quality kitchens, particularly if you’re interested in progressing to Head Chef.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience running or supporting a kitchen team
- Cares about food hygiene and high standards
- Is confident developing seasonal dishes and specials
- Wants to contribute to a warm, professional working environment
